Grief

After losing the most precious soul in my life, the grief hit me so hard and it felt impossible to process at times.

This grief subliminal has been a light for me, such a gentle, grounding support during the most difficult days. It has really helped feel calm during the more panicky moments, soften the intensity of the pain, and create calm where I can process my loss.

Most importantly, it has also helped me feel connected to the love that still exists and will never go away, and I really feel it’s supporting me to slowly heal some of this heartbreak.
